I Got a Rock(Fruit Beer)

I got this recipe from Gordon Strong’s book “Modern Homebrew Recipes”. I made this in 2017 and thought it was the best pumpkin beer I have ever tasted. The recipe can be found here.

Malts:Golden Promise, Vienna, Dark Munich, UK Brown, rolled oats, flaked wheat, CaraVienne, Pale Chocolate

Hops:East Kent Golding

Other:Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom seeds, crystalized ginger

Yeast:Wyeast 1968 London ESB
